Better than Sex Dessert

Mix: 1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 square melted butter
Press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. Cool.
Mix 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
Mix Large chocolate instant pudding(made into pudding) and spread over cream cheese mixture that was spread over cooled crust. Top with cool whip or whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts.
