English Toffee

1 large milk chocolate bar
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 cubes butter
1 c. sugar
5 T. water

Butter a large cookie sheet. Boil together, stirring constantly (in one direction only) the butter, sugar, and water. Boil til golden brown. Remove from heat and add nuts; pour on buttered cookie sheet. When cool, spread with melted chocolate and sprinkle w/more nuts. When set, turn over and do other side. When set, break into pieces.
