Mom's Cheesecake Tarts

12 vanilla wafers
2 8 0z pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Soften cream cheese, mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, beat until well blended.Place vanilla wafers in bottom of foil cupcake cups and fill with cream cheese filling 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool for at least two hours before serving. Top with your favorite fruit or pie filling.
