Bake a chocolate cake and then while it is still warm poke holes in it with the end of a fork.
Mix:
1 jar caramel topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Spread this mixture over the cake then when it is cool, frost the cake with the cake with cool whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle about 5 or 6 Heath Bars that have been blended up on top of the cake.
