1 c. hot milk
6 T. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. yeast
1 c. water + 1 T. sugar to dissolve yeast
3 eggs
Mix milk, shortening, sugar, salt and 2 c. flour. Combine yeast and sugar water. Add eggs and 2 more cups of flour to milk mixture. Add yeast mix well.Continue adding flour 1 cup at a time until it pulls away from the side of the bowl. Let rise 2 hours. Roll out in a rectangle. Put melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon on the dough then roll it into a roll, seem side down. Using dental floss, separate into individual rolls. Let rise on cookie sheet for 45 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
