1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. toasted chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large egg
Mix the butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Blend well. Add in dry ingredients mix enough to incorporate. Then add in nuts and chocolate chips. Line a baking sheet and spray with Pam. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shape dough into one inch balls. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon. Bake 7-9 min. Cool 5 minutes on the baking sheet before removing them. Makes about 45 cookies. Don't burn them!!
