Teresa's Green St. Patrick's Day Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup milk
5 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 boxes pistachio pudding
Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I put it in a bundt pan.

Frosting:
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
16 oz Cool Whip
1 box pistachio pudding
Mix ingredients together.

Can add pistachios or pine nuts to cake butter for extra flavor.
