1 c. sliced peaches
Blend in a blender until smooth. Add 2/3 c. water or enough to make 1 1/2 c. Blend. In a microwave safe bowl, mix 2/3 c. sugar and 2-3 heaping T. cornstarch. Add peach puree. Microwave 3-5 min. stirring every minute until thick.
